    About payment

     All major credit cards are accepted through secured processors. Please double check your delivery information, name, address, area code, phone number, email id etc. before payment. Please make sure you read the entire description and agree to the transaction before buying.

    Important disclaimer

    Since statues and sculptures are handcrafted, slight unevenness, discoloration, spots, slight scratches etc. are unavoidable imperfection of handicrafts, but does not affect the overall effects of final product. If you particularly mind some small flaws, please be cautious while buying. There can be measurement error of 2-3 cm.

    About Shipment

    We have most of the products in stock, so we will ship out the product on same day or within 2-3 days after payment confirmation. Generally International customers will receive their product from 15-25 days, sometimes it may take longer. We will provide tracking number of concerned logistic company if and when available. For sculpture orders, if the items are out of stock, we will send it within 30 days after receipt of payment.

    We do not guarantee delivery time on international shipments due to differences in customers customs clearance time in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product get inspected.

    Please note that buyers are responsible for all customs duty/fees, brokerage fees, other duties and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at the time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments. The shipping cost does not include any import taxes and buyers are responsible for customs duties.

    About Products

    All the product images displayed here are 100% real and we have tried our best to show in best possible way for customers to see but depending on which screen one is looking at (desktop, laptop, smartphones, different brands, different brightness settings etc.)  There might be some colour variation in actual products and displayed images. Be sure that most of the items are in bronze colour, they are made of good quality bronze material and natural marble base.

    Products are 100% handmade, ancient lost wax casting copper, finished polishing, high temperature oxidation colouring, and upscale artworks.

    Sculpture cleaning and protection methods

    Rub a dry cotton cloth gently over the entire bronze statue to remove dust, always apply light pressure to the bronze.

    Scrub the entire bronze statue gently with a soft brush to remove grim. Focus on crevices in the bronze where grime collects.

    Apply wax to the bronze. Begin by dipping a new, one-inch-wide paintbrush into clear paste wax. Apply only a small amount of wax to the paintbrush.

    Sweep the paintbrush gently over the bronze surface again and again. Lightly coat the entire bronze surface, including the crevices, with a thin layer of the paste wax. Let the wax dry according to the product’s directions.

    Buff the bronze sculptures gently with a dry cotton cloth to remove wax residue.

    About customs (our general practice)

    At AARTISTIK we have huge selection of beautifully designed products, personal and corporate gift articles from different countries around the globe. Because different countries have different customs policy, in general we will try to declare lowest possible prices and show it as "AS GIFT". Please let us know If your country has some special set of customs rule, before we ship the product out. We can help you out with custom clearance if needed by providing commercial invoice. If you refuse to accept the package due to high customs tax, we cannot refund you. so please check your country's policy before placing the order. Thanks for your help.

    About Service Guarantee

    If you have received an incorrect, defective, damaged or items not as described, please contact us for partial/ full refund or replacement on our cost. We are happy to help you with refund or exchange within 7 days of product receipt provided all original packaging.

    About after sale warranty 

    We check each and every product carefully before shipping and try our best to make sure they are in the best condition possible. If you have any question about received products, you may contact us within three days. Our products have 6 months warranty if they are not damaged by human errors, provide us with video to examine and offer solution. Warranty voids when product is damaged by human error.

    Advise for hassle-free experience

    When you receive parcel, please check it in presence of delivery person, and sign the delivery sheet only after checking the product.

    Return and Refund policy

    If the product received by customer is not as described or is of low quality, they can share the proof with our support and can return it within 7 days of receiving and get full refund or customer can keep the product and get partial refund. If the product doesn’t get delivered Maximum within eight weeks, customer is entitled to full refund. However the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions. If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyers will be responsible for such damage or loss and will not give the buyer a full refund. The buyer should try to file claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items.
